Guests are given the exclusive experience of interacting with, petting and taking photos with the Adventure World Koala family.
If you have more than one family member wishing to meet a koala, take advantage of our Family Pack. There is no other experience like meeting a Koala Adventure World!
Can I hold a Koala?
For the comfort of our koalas and the safety of our guests, koala cuddles are not a service we provide however Adventure World offers guests the chance to get as close to koalas as possible, and because we have very strict rules about how often our koalas are available for these encounters, guests can be absolutely certain that the koalas are not stressed by these up-close encounters.

Bookings

Please arrive at Guest Services between 10AM & 12PM. The Time Slot for your Koala Experience will then be booked in one of the available time slots between 11AM & 2PM. Please note that depending on operational factors final booking times may vary and Adventure World will always endeavor to meet your preferred requests.
- Bookings can be made online in advance (recommended). You can also book on the day (subject to availability) at Guest Services a minimum of 15 minutes prior to the encounter.

Please meet and arrive at Guest Services early on the date of your booking to avoid having your booking delayed.

One person per Koala Experience purchased. Additional friends or family may appear in a single Koala Experience and more than 4 people can appear in a Family Pack for an additional cost of $25.00 per person.

Children aged 3 and under can participate for FREE with a paying Adult.
