Follow these steps to become an Adventure World Season Pass member and SAVE!
- Print and complete forms below: Application Form and Conditions of Entry
- Bring your completed forms into Adventure World, at 179 Progress Drive Bibra Lake, at the Gift Shop (located through the main entry).

Fax the completed forms to 9417 3132.
Please note: If receipt has not been received within 3 working days, it is the responsibility of the sender to ensure fax has been received by Adventure World. On the last day of the Early Bird Sale (24th September 2010) applications will be processed on that day only, so ensure your faxes are received by this date to qualify for Early Bird prices. - Give us your best smile for your photo!
