General Conditions
- Admission price includes all rides, shows and attractions except food & beverage, merchandise, locker hire, photo sessions, carnival games or temporary tattoos.
- Sorry no refunds.
- Some rides operate on a sessional basis, please refer to session times in park.
- No Animals may be brought onto the premises.
- A valid and authentic wristband must be worn at all times. Adventure World reserves the right to eject any person not wearing such a wristband.
- The operation of some attractions may be affected by adverse weather conditions or maintenance activity.
- Scooters, skateboards, bicycles, roller blades or other equipment that may interfere with pedestrian traffic are not permitted.
- Adventure World reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests from the park for vandalism, stealing, offensive behaviour, queue line jumping, failure to properly supervise minors under your care, persons suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to follow safety instructions or failure to comply with these Conditions of Entry.
- Published times of shows or attractions and ride sessions may vary.
- Adventure World also reserves the right to inspect your bags.
- Any photographs, videos or sound recordings taken by you must be for personal use only. Any use, reuse or production for commercial purposes without our express written consent is strictly prohibited.
- It is a condition of entry into Adventure World that any photograph, film, tape or other images taken of you whilst at the venue will be taken for the purpose of, and may be used, to help promote Adventure World or a third party nominated by them. Unless you reach a prior agreement with Adventure World management to the contrary, your image may be published, broadcast, or otherwise distributed by Adventure World or any third party authorised by it in any media (with or without identification) and in publications within as well as outside Western Australia and you waive on an irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual basis all rights to object to such broadcast or distribution in any media.
- To be eligible for a Family Season Pass, each family member must reside at the same address.
Height & Health Advice
- The Grand Prix Raceway is restricted to drivers of at least 1.47m in height, and passengers at least 1.02m. Grand Prix Raceway riders must wear enclosed footwear and shirt.
- Tunnel of Terror, The Aqua Racer, Rocky Rapids & Speed Slide are restricted to riders of at least 1.1m in height.
- Bounty’s Revenge has a minimum height requirement of 137cm to ride unaccompanied. Children between 107cm and 137cm may ride accompanied with an adult in the centre seats. Children below 107cm may not ride.
- To ride the Rampage riders must be at least 1.45m in height with a maximum height of 1.95m and not weigh more 100kg. To ride the Power Surge, riders must be at least 1.3m
- To ride the Dragon Express & the Barnacle, riders must be a minimum of 90cm and ride with a responsible adult or 1.05m in height to ride unaccompanied.
- To ride the Little Leaper & the Dragon Flyer, riders must be 90cm in height and under 1.8m.
- Riders on the Rail Rider, Sky Lift & Paddle Boats must be a minimum height of 90cm and not weigh more than 150kg. Riders on Kiddies Creek must be less than 1.1m.
- Riders must be in good health and free from any potentially adverse medical conditions. You should seek medical advice if uncertain. Eg. Pregnant women should seek medical advice before riding.
- Further specific requirements may be displayed throughout the Park, you must obey these.
- Your image may be taken at any time for security purposes or for use in marketing materials.
Responsibility
There are inherent risks in the participation in or on an amusement ride or device. You, by your participation, accept the inherent risks of which a prudent person is or should be aware. You should consider this participation an exercise in good judgment and act in a responsible manner while using the facility.
Conditions of Entry
- Adults are responsible for minors under their supervision.
- Minors under the age of 10 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- You must not participate in or on any amusement ride or device when under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- You must act with good judgment and consideration, both for yourself and others, and to refrain from behaviour which could affect your safety, the safety of others, or the safety of the device itself.
- You must obey all reasonable written and verbal instructions and warnings, given by Adventure World staff including the operators of any ride or device, without objection.
- All use of aquatics facilities require the rider/swimmer to be dressed in appropriate swimwear. This entails that the clothing worn in aquatic attractions will be close fitting, light or of non absorbent material. Examples of appropriate swimwear include but are not limited to: bathers, board shorts, rash vests, burkinis and full length swim suits. Examples of inappropriate swimwear include but are not limited to: denim, jumpers, or full length pants, cargo pants, loose heavy material, shoes or studded clothing.
- You must use, as instructed, all safety equipment provided when participating in any ride or device.
- If you choose to supply your own safety equipment you do so at your own risk and accept full responsibility for any failure or non-performance of such equipment.
- You are responsible for your own personal property.
- Adventure World takes all reasonable steps to provide you with a safe and enjoyable Amusement Park. However Adventure World will not be liable to any person in respect of any loss of or damage to the personal property of, or the loss of life or personal injury to, any person, whether that loss, damage or personal injury is caused by any person’s negligence (including the negligence of Adventure World) or otherwise. This exclusion of liability does not apply to liability which cannot by law be contracted out of, for example, because of the Trade Practices Act.
- Adventure World does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings – lockers are available for hire

Opening Times
- Adventure World is a Seasonal Amusement Park. Season 2010/2011 operates from Saturday 25th September 2010, through to Sunday 8th May 2011.
- Operating Times: 10am to 5pm with extended hours of 9.30am to 6pm from December 26th 2010 to January 31st 2011.
- Adventure world is open 7 days during December and school holidays and from Thursdsay to Monday all other times.
- Please note that Adventure World is closed on Christmas Day and Good Friday.
