Suncorp Bank’s recent Family Fun Day raised much needed money for the Scott Kirkbride Melanoma Research Centre. The funds raised on the day will help the Scott Kirkbride Melanoma Research Centre with their work to find improved diagnosis and treatment for melanoma. We greatly appreciate the generosity of Adventure World in helping make our fundraising venture a success.

Thanks to the generosity of Adventure World, kids with cerebral palsy from The Centre for Cerebral Palsy are regularly invited to attend the park free of charge, the feedback we receive from families is always positive. They say the staff at Adventure World go out of their way to provide a friendly service to both their able and disabled children. It is important for all children to have facilities like Adventure World available to them especially children with a disability, being part of the community and participating in the fun activities on offer at facilities like Adventure World is an integral part of children’s overall personal and social development.

The Asian Rhino Project, Australian Orangutan Project and Silvery Gibbon Project are grateful to businesses such as Adventure World, for donating prizes for our Walkathon for Endangered Asian Animals. These animals are all threatened with extinction due to poaching, habitat loss and fragmentation, and the illegal pet trade. We greatly appreciate the generosity of Adventure World for helping us in ensuring the success of our fundraiser!
